We've simplified the billing process!
Your Academic Advisor will suggest the number
of hours required to achieve your desired goals
at the time of your assessment.
*Usually 4-8 hours per month
intensive/remedial programs may require more hours
YOUR BANK OF HOURS
You choose how to make deposits ~ monthly or quarterly.
1. A deposit invite is sent to you for your pre-paid hour purchase. These hours are stored in your "bank" until used
2. At the end of each month your hours are reconciled and a new deposit request is sent to you
to accommodate your goals for the upcoming month
Please Note: All students must use the new banking system as of August 1st, 2021.
